Characters Description: The product is white crystal. Melting point of 150-151 ℃ (decomposition). Odorless or slight odor of acetone. Soluble in dilute nitric acid,dilute sodium hydroxide, acetone, sodium bicarbonate and phosphoric acid, slightlysoluble in ethanol, slightly soluble in ether, insoluble in water and benzene. At 40 ℃when the aqueous solution unstable, decompose and release carbon dioxide build-aminophenol. Exposed to air becomes brown.
Purposes: pharmaceutical intermediates for the synthesis of anti-TB drugs on thesodium ammonia Liu. Also used to analyze the fluorescent pH indicator reagent.
